Hey team, sold the Stinger back in early October and just getting around to selling a few parts.

Located in Southern Pines, NC, I'm willing to ship or meet up for the exchange.

I miss the car already of course, but I'm also loving the new ride. (Acura Integra Type S) Just missed the hot hatch thing, so had to go back to my roots. LOL.

so, parts for sale-

JB4 with EWG wires already installed, fuel wires in place of course too. Also Bluetooth module installed.
(one catch- I cut the OBDII wire when uninstalling from the car. You would need to splice the three wires back together or have Burger sell you a new wire. The plugs on both ends are intact. This is not needed for the unit to function, but your phone display will not show the other parameters. You can still change maps with the bluetooth connection of course.)

Also have the BMS Intakes, gloss black pipes, with red filters for sale. (I have the pipes wrapped with gold reflective tape, supposed to help with Intake temps but you could remove that if you prefer black pipes.)

This is over $1,100 worth of stuff if you buy new. Asking $750.00 for everything and I'll cover shipping to lower 48.

Everything is in great shape sans the wire I cut.

Only thing you would need to run map 2 is a set of upgraded plugs. There's plenty of info available on Burgertuning.com with regards to functionality, etc.

PM me with questions.

Thanks team.

Cool, I also had a RWD '19 GT2. and in NC. if you're close enough we could meet up somewhere. Would be happy to talk mods with you too and give you my experience. All my JB4 stuff was great. I had the water meth kit too. was pushing at least 475 HP to the wheels. was fast as hell!

Did you just get your car or have you had it for a while?

Hey, did you buy my car? Do you have red Mirror caps? Can't tell from the pic but it looks like you havethe front chin spoiler I had as well as black painted side vents. If you did buy mine, then you have new HKS spark plugs already installed. I put them in less than 2k miles ago.

Pretty sure I did man. Red mirror caps, carbon exhaust tips, the stingerhaus splitters, viral catback, etc.

I’m in Goldsboro. Shoot me a text if you’re cool with that. 209 247-7767

Too funny. Yep, will send you a text. It's a Borla Exhaust.

You are rocking a BMS Intercooler, front and rear Eibach sway bars, Ark springs, DBS brake rotors, Hawk HPS 5.0 Brake pads, Vossen rims &+ lbs lighter than stock and wider too. Lucky you.

Car is rock solid Never had any issues. Plus I took great care of it. I think I changed the oil at least 6 or 7 times in 13k miles. Also replaced the coolant and brake fluid. My wife was in the car maybe 8 times over 4 years. Don't think anybody ever sat in the back seat. Look forward to talking with you.

Damn that’s a very nice stinger you purchased especially with all those mods already!

Sorry team, this has been sold!

If you ever see this, I'd love to hear what you think of the new ride and how they compare. Amazing they're only 3200lb and a whopping 320hp, and if they came in AWD or even RWD I'd seriously be consider the switch myself.
Loved my RSX and insisted on a hatch/sportback for my next upgrade. Went to the stinger for the AWD, 370hp and tech, just not crazy about the weight gain.
Also miss the brand. Kia still lags horribly in the service department.

Hey, I'm seeing it, LOL! I still get the notifications.

In short, it's an awesome drivers car. great manual transmission, relatively quick. I added the JB4 so I'm around 350 whp. Added lighter forged wheels. One cool thing is you can run a square wheel setup. I'm 275/35, 19" all around. It's difficult to put the power down in first gear for sure and it winds out really quick so you kind of short shift it a bit. Little bit of torque steer if you are doing low speed turn and accelerating, but normal sporty driving no issue. very light and corners nice and flat unless you are really pushing it hard, like on a track.

Speaking of track, it's much more difficult to drive fast compared to the stinger, and it's much more lively on the track. I'm still sort of getting the hang of it. On a 3 mile road course I'm still lagging behind the Stinger time wise, but I had modded the hell out of the stinger so it was really fast in a straight line. Integra makes you work for it. Stock for stock the Integra is faster on the track because it's lighter and has a similar power to weight ratio.

Integra is not as quiet on the highway as the stinger. It's definitely a sportier car. It's bordering on a real sports car with great driving dynamics. It's definitely a special car. I also definitely miss the Stinger at times. Wish I could have them both!

Knock wood I haven't had any issues with the Integra. Did Eibach Pro kit springs, rear sway, wheels and tires, JB4, and some other interior cosmetic mods.

If you like a manual car, and want something that drives like a sports car, but has room in it, the Integra is great. It's like 4 inches shorter than the Stinger, but has 95+% of the interior space. trunk is maybe a little smaller but still has the hatch. Very Practical. Oh, the seats in the Integra are more sporty and hold you in place much better during spirited or even track driving. Steering is better, more precise, stock brakes are more aggressive too and seem well sorted for this car.

I don't know, what else can I say. How about some pics:

I love that they managed to keep the weight so low, total opposite of what the rest of the industry is doing.
How good is it in the twisties? I know 0-60 is a little disappointing, 13% more hp/T (219 vs 194) but 13% slower to 60 (5.2 vs 4.6). Chalking that up to FWD and the manual.
Any bells & whistles you miss?

It's good in the twisties for sure because it's just so much less mass. Side to side transition is a piece of cake. Lot's of grip too, stock setup is 265 square, so more front and rear tire than the Stinger.

The stinger just felt heavy and planted, not as playful. hard to describe.

I miss the ventilated seats, the power hatch, the slightly larger and more comfy seats (sometimes.)

The ITS is a better more engaging daily, but the Stinger was a better GT car. Sometimes you just want that GT kind of thing. I would argue that in the hands of a good driver, the setup I had on the stinger may have been faster on the track because the straight line potential.

Honestly, at 50k-ish, they both represent good value in today's day and age.

That's the Stinger curse. Every other car is a compromise on multiple fronts. With how the weather is going, cooled seats are a must for me, and that rules out any affordable and reliable pre 2020 vehicles. And everything since 2020 is over-digitized for me. Gotta have my tactile buttons and analog gauges... :coffee:

If they made a $70k Stinger Superleggera I'd be all over it. Splurge on some aluminum and carbon, shave 700lb and take my money .

Aaaaaand no one would buy it but me.

Ha ha! I would buy it.
Every car definitely is a compromise of sorts. Weight, feel, handling, power, practicality.
In a perfect world I would have a Stinger, A truck, and the Integra, or something along those lines.
