Hi,

Please help to check and comment my logs. I had to remove Lozic ECU because of some issues.

Kia Stinger 3.3TT, 2018, AWD

Logs:
_0813 MAP3, COMFORT mode
_081831 MAP3, SPORT mode
_082033 MAP0, SPORT mode

Tunes and test conditions:
* JB4 with AWG and fuel wires
* Lozic TCU/AWD
* Mishimoto intercooler, K&N open filters, aftermarket exhaust.
* Outside temp: 16 degrees Celsius
* Fuel: Shell V Power Racing 100 (I am from the EU)
* I am NOT using Launch Control
* HKS 45 plugs, gapped 0.22

Thanks.

Please just use the auto-log functionality that engages when you floor it. Scrolling through 1000 rows of low-throttle cruising to find a couple dozen at WOT is inconvenient, especially on mobile.

Is that 100 fuel rating a RON number? So about 95 AKI equivalent, or not far off an E30 mix. Here's what I see:

- For Map 0 you went WOT from standstill/idle...not sure how that affects things (BMS suggests 3rd gear pulls from ~2000 rpm), so don't know what to make of all those 3.8 & 4.3 corrections in 2nd gear. But the rest of the run looks fine with Ign1 advancing base timing throughout the rev range, and only 2.3s in the cyl2-5 adjustments. AFR gets a bit rich at times (low 10s) but maybe there's no logic to lean out in Map 0. Not dangerous just power limiting.

- For Map 3 Sport (081831) looks like another launch. Base timing looks good, cyl2-5 are all 2.3s which are fine. Trims get a little high (55-56 vs. mid-40s expected, I think) but fuel pressure looks fine and AFRs hang out in the high 11s to low 12s. Fuel enrichment (fuelen) does reach 100 and I'm not sure if that means hitting the limit of adjustment it can apply...maybe go ask on the JB4 forums unless @AWDGT2 or someone else knows.

- For Map 3 Comfort (0813), similar to above. No corrections on base timing, cyl2-5 all 2.3, trims as expected, etc. Fuelen still climbs to 100 so maybe try to confirm on that, otherwise looks healthy. For future logs you can just floor it from 20-30mph up to 75 or 80 and you should be good.

Thanks for your insight and taking time.
Yes, this is 100 RON.

I will use the auto-log and get back with new logs.

The 2.3 deg deviations across both Map3 logs are long term corrections. Meaning they have been there for a while, probably from the Lozic ECU. They will drop as long as the octane can support it and if it's 100 Ron, you should be able to get away with Map3. Daily the car for another week then send another log.

Where are corrections kept? Not in an ECU?

"I had to remove Lozic ECU because of some issues."

It looks like he changed it and didn't give any time to adjust.

If you look in real-time at how adaptations are going, you will see that they start at 2.3, then go to 1.5- 0.8 and 0 (when everything is okay).

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...

How long adapted data are stored after ECU is removed?
I had been using OEM ECU for a couple of days, then installed Lozic ECU for a day, and returned to the OEM one the following day - and that day I performed tests and recorded logs.

When you disconnect the battery or ECU, after 10-15 minutes all adaptives are gone. Adaptation is a process that needs time and not necessarily a steady drive.
