I don't know what limits are in place. If you click on a user name, the dialog that comes up should have an option to 'Start a conversation'.



Alternatively, there is an option to do that on the 'Information' tab of their profile page, in the section titled 'Interact'.

If both of those are missing, then it's likely post count. If there is a FAQ somewhere on what those limitations are, it's managed to evade me ...

Thanks yeah, I went back and edited my last post about it right before you quoted it - must have missed by THAT much

I have the proper links when logged in on the phone but not the laptop. I think it's a firefox setting which I'll check later.
