Well I have tried to get @Savsweezy (Shawn Cutler) on here and through email with no response. He has been on the site sense my last posting he was tagged in. I would not recommend doing any kind of bossiness with him. This is a shame, as I belong to a few automotive sites and have sold and bought many things without a problem once in a while you come across someone like this and its a shame. Hi Shawn,

Received the JB4 today and there are a few issues. Description and pictures below.

1. Main JB4 rainbow harness melted and two wires are melted together
2. Wires melted on one of the EWG harnesses. This has bare wires and concerns me if the computer in the JB4 is damaged
3. Minor, two screws missing, one in cover and one of the Bluetooth connector screws inside the unit.

Not sure what to do here, what are your ideas?

If he would have been upfront about it I would have felt a little better . Since he’s clearly trying to hide the hiccups in the jb4 I definitely would be on his case about this. And then he doesn’t respond to anything . Fishy and Unacceptable imo. I would ask for my money back . That’s what I would do.
