JB4 app only showing boost

I just installed my jb4 tuning with Bluetooth connection. When I went on a test run only boost showed up. Did I hook everything up correctly?

OBDII issue, loose, or wrong on JB4 end

obd plug (bigger end of the black cable) plugs in the car on the drivers side under the dash. the other end (tiny square black part) plugs into the jb4 side. its a 4 pin connector.
