How bad is the wing?

The spoiler has a carbon skin over it which is peeling back, and the clearcoat is just not finished well. It will end up needing to be re-skinned professionally.

Update - I was quoted about 400 to have the spoiler repaired, so id let it go for 250+shipping in the condition its in now. That's LESS than even getting the scorpion spoiler from Kia! My loss is your gain. Please get this thing out of my house lol.
