Hello all

I have been launching with boost on map 7 with E85 mix and i have a horrible 0-60 time of 5 seconds lol. I do end up spinning briefly after launching with about 6 psi of boost even though it is AWD. I was curious how accurate the JB4 0-60 time is on the logs. Below is all my mods done to my car. Also i will attach some jb4 logs in map 7 and map 2. I wasnt planning on posting so my logs might not have 3000 rpm full WOT in there. If needed i will post better logs tomorrow.

Thank you

There seems to be a wide range of times on some of these cars. Are you at a high elevation like Colorado? I'm in Illinois, which is about 600ft above sea level. Mines a 2018 gt awd, I keep getting 4.0s 0-60 with only a Megan Racing catback and BMS intakes. The rest is stock. This is in about 30 degree weather though. I tried with 2 different apps, including Dragy and was still able to get a 4.0, as well as tried 2 different roads. On a slight uphill I got 4.2. These times are all just using autohold and sport mode, then quickly (but not suddenly) flooring it. No launch control. I've seen people with JB4's on map2 unable to get this time. I've just been chalking it up to peoples elevations, ambient temps, launch style, or tires. My 0-60 apps could also be inaccurate, but getting consistent times on both apps over and over has me thinking that may not be it. If i ever get a jb4 ill have to run a 0-60 stock with the mods i have now to see what that timer gets me.Screenshot_20220303-223215_Drag Racer.webp

I don’t think the JB4 0-60 is said to be accurate. I believe for accuracy you need a dragy. Those logs show you pulling timing under boost. Hopefully someone with a higher pay grade than me will chime in with some insight.

Besides this thread being in the wrong place (It can be moved by an admin dont worry)
Your logs show that you have some not so favorable timing. anything above 3 is generally not considered good. Maybe something is wrong with your WMI mixture? Im no expert at reading the logs but I know the basics.

@Terry@BMS can you give some insight for OP here?

As for the 0 to 60, they are probably general approximations, and seem to only do tenths of a second, example being 4.25, then 4.5, 4.75, 5, ect ect.
I am only saying this because I have gotten way to many 4.25's in logging for it to not work that way. I'm not nearly a good enough driver to get the same 0 to 60 every time consistently.

Also, it sounds like you need better tires if you are spinning that much. I am spinning almost the same amount on my setup, however I have winter tires that are not designed for rapid acceleration at all.
