Is lowering the car the only way of reducing bouncing when braking?

I really dislike how the rear end of the Stinger lifts so much when braking hard lol like it's embarrassing to me when cars behind me see the Stinger's rear end lifted so much just because of hard braking. I once saw a Stinger in front of me and after they braked I can almost see everything under their car because of how high it lifts. Do I have to lower it or install better sway bars to reduce it?

There are definitely some other available alternatives out there.

One great option for tightening up the suspension would be to purchase a set of sway bars.

Eibach has sways bars available on their own or in a kit that includes the lowering springs.

That's a complaint I have never seen or heard of before. Squat and dive I've heard of, but nobody said you could almost see the underside of the car when diving (braking). I didn't notice a difference in either when I put sway bars in. But then, I brake like a grandpa. The handful of times I've laid on the brakes I was too busy taking evasive action to notice the "body language" the car was displaying. :P

I actually agree with Merlin here (!), mine definitely does not do an extreme nosedive on intense braking. Not any worse than other cars I've driven, anyway. Even my Corvette nosedives pretty good, I don't think there's any way you can really overcome it. But if it's happening to you like you say, I do wonder if it's due to a difference in springs between the 2.0 and the 3.3.

This is one thing I noticed coming back to stock after being lowered for 4 months, the squat when accelerating is not too bad but the dive when braking is ridiculous. I only notice it in sudden, hard braking scenarios when I need to stop really quickly.

Maybe this is a thing with the cars without the adjustable suspension. I can't recall a serious nosedive on the GT2s I own. With the Mando box, I have set my suspension to be a bit firmer, that eliminates the softer feeling with the stock Comfort setting. I had this issue on my 1997 VW Passat and I replaced shocks and springs, which ended up giving the car a slammed look. I disliked the look but loved the handling. That said, firmer springs would help but yes, that means lowering it some or as mentioned, go from some coilovers.
