Good evening,

First and foremost I apologize in advance, I've tried to understand the posts here but its a bit confusing. I have a 2019 Stinger GT AWD with the factory brembos and square 18s stock. I am trying to upgrade to bigger wheels(19"). What would be the width and offset of the wheel along with the tire size for me not to have any rubbing?

Hey, go look at fitmentindustries.com for some ideas. Lots of our cars posted up there with the specs on the wheels they went to. That should help.

it's a really broad question and you're just going to have to do a lot of reading above reference ^^^ it's a good starting point. I do know being all-wheel drive you won't want to be staggered in size you'll want to be uniform in your size front to back not necessarily width the size around

hey attached the picture I found from when I was doing research on this something I was considering there's always more than one option but this is rear wheel drive so the staggered part wouldn't work for you

It's all well and good to tell you to "go research". I get that. But a few examples of what already works won't hurt. I'll start with my aftermarket setup: TSW "Watkins" wheels, 8.5" wide in front, 9.5" wide in the back, using the OEM 225/255 Michelins (in PS4S): offset is 40 in front 39 in back (lots of leeway here as you'll see from my next example). On the same width rims, I've read of 245 tires in front and 285 rear as a practical, no issues limit (I've also read of 255 wide in front, both successful and not so successful, i.e., some rub): offsets of 30 in front and 40 in rear with these rims and tires are asserted to work without any issues.
