Hey guys recently got the car back from Agency Power and Vivid Racing from Arizona
Currently have their new FMIC, Intakes, and blow off valves on the car

They have NOT released the dyno sheets to me at this time but I will update this as they do

Thoughts on the agency power intake vs Stillen?

______________________________
Specs on the intercooler, like core size and how it compares to the stock unit? is it tube and fin or bar and plate? Intercooler piping size? does it include the y-pipe?

Like what I'm seeing so far - look forward to seeing more info and pricing. Glad I didn't jump on the first products available, as it looks like some good alternatives are coming down the pipe.

This is dead sexy

So far Im liking both
There only so much change an intake on its own can do
Although I do think Agency Powers are more pleasing to the eye
and their FULL plastic intake tubes KILL ALL heatsoak

I will have more detailed specs for you soon
And they will have a piping kit as well
But this one so far is Core replacement only
So technically would work for both 2.0T and 3.3TT

@NICK_KHAR looks like the tower braces are pushing against the back of the heat shield and deforming it. Can you confirm?

Inter-cooling Thats where the HP lives ..... way to go! Wash

Ok, so that would mean that the intercooler inlet/outlet size is the same as stock?

Sickkkkk. Excellent job getting these things together. To the person asking about the heat shields, it almost looks like they are molded to fit under at that point.

Always good to have more vendors making parts and engineering power.

The Strut tower brace doesnt move

The Yellow circle if thats what youre talking about
Its a indent into the heatshield
Perfectly allows the brace to pass by with no issues
The red circles are where the hood closes with the heat shield

Interesting to just replace the core. Makes sense considering the stock setup pipe-wise is already better than some aftermarket kits I've used before!

Ideally there should be two options, one with just a stock core replacement using the stock pipes for the people who are looking for something easier and simpler. The other which I believe will be more in demand is to have a complete kit that replaces the hot/cold intercooler pipes with bigger and better flowing design, especially the y-pipe that has the BOV's on it.

Hopefully a complete kit will be on the table soon.

For now I wil say I believe so
Havent gone and checked to be sure

On a separate note, we need high flowing cats (Ex. 200 CELL - 3" inlet to 2.5" outlet) to replace the primary cats, I don't know why it is taking this long for it to be available. You have the connections, please make it happen, it will sell for sure :)

While I'm sure something like a JB4 can at least adjust AFR's for a HFC setup you really need an actual ECU tune to take full advantage of that, especially since apparently removing the primary cats as the last big restriction is making the turbos spin up so fast that Tork's shop car started throwing overspeed/overboost codes, and that's not including the rear O2 sensor efficiency code that is likely to be thrown.

A properly tuned ECU will outperform a piggyback no doubt, however it doesn't mean big gains will not be made even with a piggyback and the HFCs, other platforms like VW, BMW all showed significant improvements doing so with the JB4's. Terry from BMS has confirmed that adjusting the JB4 to avoid the overboost due to bolt-ons is not a problem from his end. Plus, good quality HFC's not less than 200 CELL will not throw an efficiency code, even in the unlikely event that it does there are ways around it. If you throw a CEL with the HFC then adding an 02 sensor eliminator combined with the HFC is guaranteed to avoid the CEL.

form the photos it looks like a direct factory replacement.
Let's see if they come up with an upgraded IC pipe.
