With the low low rates from the reptilian , I bumped liability up to 250/500K and property damage to 250K. Cost ~$33 additional, still bringing total under $600/6 months - 5% paypal (chase category this quarter). Use paypal billpay to pay. So effectively same premium as with the 100/300/100 limits.

This is an interesting question.....As a 19 year old you couldn't legally drive a Stinger in Australia. You need to be on a full license which is 4 years probationary first where cars are power limited for P drivers. No V8.s Turbos or superchargers or high Kws. Even then a 21/22 year old would have something like a $3500 Insurance premium per annum with a massive excess of maybe $2000 per claim.

Damn, that's about what my car payment is for my Stinger a month. Car insurance costs.......one of the few draw backs of being young.

well when i was 19 for a c43 amg coupe i was driving (under my moms name is where the insurance went as she was placed as primary driver and i was placed as a secondary driver.) was $420/month CAD. for my alone as primary driver it would have costed $1,200. It would have been my first car though on only a G2 (canadian equivalent of regular road test where you can drive alone.)

now, for the stinger, mother is still prim. driver and she pays $450 a month and i’m in there as a secondary driver for the car as a 23 year old now. as a 19 year old i would expect something crazy like $600+ per month especially with barely any record and being under 25yrs old.
