Installing Aluminum Door Catch Plate??

Bought these from Sal, Kia Stinger Aluminum Handle Inside Door Catch Plate 4 Piece Set - Kia Stinger dot com

Comes with 8 little squares of 3M tape and 8 plastic spacers (at least they look like spacers), and instructions in Korean (like that does me a lot of good)

Has anyone has installed these before, if so please help me out. For instance, do I remove the current black catch plate? How to use the spacers and 3M tape?

Did a search and didn't find anything, all help appreciated. Thank you
