Currently driving a chevy 2016 manual SS sedan, but looking to put it in moth balls ( tired of commuting with the manual). Somebody on the SS forum yrs ago mentioned the Stinger before it came out. I got kind of interested. I am in Florida and looking to buy one, but getting the run around from dealers. I can't tell what I should pay. I was pretty close with one dealer on a 2020 GT1AWD until I found out there was 2K bucks in BS dealer add ons. The SS forum had a dealer who wasn't a snake and hooked up a bunch of people. Any suggestions? At this point in time, how much should I be paying under MSRP for a 2020 or a 2021?

which part of FL are you in?
I got a 2020 GT RWD 7 weeks ago
I did the lease buyout, $29,500 before trade in, tax, tag, fees.
OTD $31,500 after T,T,F and a trade in of $2,750
Try at least 10% off or more off of MSRP on a 2020

The best advice I can give you is to expand your search. Be willing to catch a flight to another city and drive the car back. Plane tickets are super cheap right now.
Dealers in other states/cities like Atlanta or North Carolina are much more willing to deal. Negotiate a price with them over email and then just fly up and get it.

I also did TrueCar
Or if your a member of Costco, heard good things from the car buy program.
Then negotiate off that
Your better off going for a 2020 since 2021 are on the lots already.
But limited in color trim options.
I went to Friendly Kia in New Port Richey. I’m in Wesley Chapel.
ive contacted about 8+ dealerships

Welcome and good luck! I just wanted the car. And the dealer was asking a fair price (no add ons) which I willingly paid without argument. (The Chevy SS is a direct rival to the Stinger in many ways; it's ironic that it was terminated exactly as the Stinger came out.)
I bought my new 2019 GTS in January 2020 for 20% off MSRP plus dealer add fee of $600. Yes widen your search. I bought mine out of TN and I live in SC. Good Luck. I got lucky and found a GM dealership that sells KIA's as well.

Hi! I am selling one of my Stingers. I’m located in Reunion close to DIA. Since COVID both my husband and I work from home and that looks to be a permanent situation. It doesn’t make sense to have both anymore unfortunately. Not sure if you have any buyers looking for low miles GT2, but I thought I would reach out.
Pretty firm on the price as that’s what I owe.
Thanks!!
Amanda Claudio
There are plenty of used low mileage stingers that I found. I was going to buy new, but I found more than one (gt2 awd and white, exactly what I wanted) with under 20k miles for about 36k. A local dealer had one, and another dealer about an hour away had one as well. They even offered to deliver it.
Saves a lot over new. Then later if I really like the car I'll trade up for a facelift model in a couple years.
I found the car I wanted, asked for the best offer and my local dealer then actually brought the car to my house (I live 15 miles or so out of town) for a test drive. I told him I didn't want him there without a firm number first. He gave me the runaround and first, but in the end I gave them a number that they actually agreed to.
He drove out, we took a spin, we drove back into town and I bought the car and drove it home. He was actually a really cool guy when I got to know him and we got past the "salesman" part he was playing. Young kid (20s), vet with a cool life story.
