Since the other thread has been locked. I am starting a new one on my experience with ImportShark. I didn't see the previous thread to avoid ImportShark before placing my order but I wish I would have. I never received the order and had to file a claim with my credit card since he stopped responding. He even gave me grief about asking why the tracking information was not updated and showed pre-shipment after 3 days and said it was OBVIOUS that is shipped. Poor customer service. I am uploading the email chain I had with ImportShark after placing the order:

Suprise suprise. It's the end of the week and guess what, the package never arrived. So OBVIOUSLY it didn't ship. Please issue the refund or I will submit a dispute by tomorrow.

It's not obvious because the tracking number is not showing that. Even if you paid for the label, you can always get a refund from USPS if the item isn't shipped. It's only obvious to you if you packaged and shipped the item out yourself which isn't certain from my perspective.

OBVIOUSLY we shipped the item. It's not like we're going to pay for a shipping label if the item isn't going out. We're dealing with the post office here. They probably just didn't scan it properly or something. You will have to wait for delivery. It should be there mid next week or end of the week at the very latest.
