Unfortunately nobody has ordered one yet for the Stinger. So far it's all been matte black. However, we've done plenty for other cars, so it would be the same look as this. Same as showroom finish...

To be on the safe side, let's say 3-4 days to have the badge customized. Transit time from NY figure another 3-4 days.

For those of you who had asked for glossy black pics...

Also, due to the adhesive backing from the factory not exactly being overly sticky, the wax covering has to be painstakingly trimmed to the exact shape of the lettering itself. This prevents the badge from potentially becoming separated with the wax paper during the customization process. The very first lettering that was done pulled away and caused an issue with the adhesive drying out. That's why this is done if you've received one of these and happened to wonder why...

Black chrome would be interesting to see and would match the car nicely I think. If it cannot be done, I'll be ordering a glossy black one. ITs going to look great on my ceramic grey with dark tint.

I’m assuming you guys mean the gunmetal color like the side vents and around the grill? I’d yes then unfortunately that’s not possible. Sorry guys.

Btw, we can also do the GT and 3.3T letterings in custom colors

My plasti dip badge is annoying to keep clean. The texture traps dirt like crazy.

Do you have the matte black w/o clear in stock? How durable are they? Can I expect them to peel in a few months?

Unfortunately we don’t have any Stinger letterings at all right now. Local dealerships completely cleaned it what was on the shelves, both customized and original chrome. My guys in Korea are hoping to send over more inventory next week though, so it shouldn’t be long before we have these on the shelf again or at the customization shop ready to be prepared.

We haven’t had any issues all all with peeling but I only recommend a clearcoated option just to be on the safe side. The cost to do so is quite reasonable, especially given the cost of these cars.

This hasn't been confirmed but there may be a possibility that in order for the holes (used to keep the KIA badge in place) to be covered, you need to off-set the badge a tenth of an inch. This would enrage me to no end as I'm always walking around with a ruler and would definitely notice if I went up to a Stinger and measured it.
