Short time lurker, but picked up my new Stinger yesterday...so I'm official now.
After delivery (far from home) I took the long way back to get acquainted (about a 5hr drive in a lot of rain). What an amazing car! I had no idea going in. So happy!

Welcome to the hive and congrats on your new Stinger. What colour did you get?

Welcome! Just got mine yesterday too. Hope you had a more fun 5 hour drive than my all highway 2 hour drive. I still feel like I haven't gotten to experience it yet!

Welcome aboard! And thank you for signing up. Congratulations on your Stinger! What did the Stinger replace for you?

Welcome to the hive! post up some pics when you get a chance..

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
It should be a requirement for these types of posts that you post a picture of your new stinger haha. I see so few driving around (which I love). I get my enjoyment seeing the pictures from people and I just know how much someone is going to enjoy it. I just passed 20,000 miles in my stinger last night.

Ditto that "requirement". JK. But we do want to know what trim and color your Stinger is. Welcome to the forum. (A five hour drive will be most of your first 600 miles of "break in" period: read the manual on that, if it isn't too late. :P)

GT2 AWD. For sure all those miles got me closer on break in. Also drove most of in sport...1800-3500 or so rpms.

Here's one taken on the way home.

So far the list is: PPF, wheels off-ceramic coat, machine polish car prior to ceramic coating. Oil catch can (on order) and maybe rear sway bar.
The other project is working my way through all of the guides and manuals.

Once you start getting into performance I suggest you do one mod at a time. Let it sink in, then do the next one. Especially ones that will add significant power like JB4, exhaust and maybe intakes. It makes it more fun and your butt dyno will enjoy it longer. Sometimes I run my JB4 on stock for a few weeks then I dump in some E85 and back on map 5 for getting back at the fun.

Down the line somewhere. Coming from a Mazda this will keep me happy for awhile.

‘20 Micro blue GT1 on the opposite coast. Got after long search; awkward 2/29/20 hand-over b/c NY DMV, but local. Just acclimating to the tech and attempting to suss out the nuanced feels of the drive modes and upstream control menus. Planning “ceramic” prof installed...F/RSB/links...intake b/c everyone does, maybe tune and Borla CBE.
