What are folks doing in this scenario:

If you replace the back w 'Stinger' script, and then do E Badging on the front emblem....

1) Wheels: Going with the 'E' wheel caps? I'm leaning towards this
2) Steering Wheel: Are you going with 'E', 'GT', or other?

Just curious.

Thanks.

I bought the E wheel caps, but getting aftermarket wheels soon anyway. I also overlayed the 'GT' emblem on top of the steering wheel Kia logo. The E in an oval logo just looks weird.

I went E on front.. stinger script on back only... wheels are getting the yellow GT overlay sticker once summer rolls around and those rims go back on ... I really want something for steering wheel but I’ll probably wait a bit .. thinking GT for that

Script on the back, E on the front, E on the wheels, I left the Kia on the steering wheel. I want people to see the car, get interested in it trying to figure out what it is, then look inside and go "that's a Kia?!?"

Script back, E overlay front. Red GT on wheels. Stock KIA on steering wheel

I did the E on the hood , Stinger script on rear , GT overlays for the wheels and GT on the steering wheel ( I think the E story is clumbsy , but the round emblem is better than Kia and has enough "mystery " about it to be a tad exotic .

I did the same except for the "E" on the front. For that badge I decided to keep the KIA name and went with the K badge available from Sal on the Stinger Store.

I will be using the K badge on the front like Luminary. Script badge on the back, red GT overlays on the wheels, K-Lexus overlay on the steering wheel. I'll repurpose the small Stinger script badge from the back and place on the grill, and maybe remove the GT, paint it red, and place it on the trunk hatch cover. So many things...

I put E badge on front, back and wheels. Stinger overlay ok n steering wheel. Red GT over mode selector.

Am thinking about rebadging my new Kia Stinger GT1... do I buy the parts then take it to a body shop to get the old ones removed/new ones put on? How much approx. would that cost? I don't really trust myself to do it!

Step 1....open google.

Step 2... search for Kia Stinger emblems

Step 3... buy emblems.

Step 4... call up local body shop (see steps 1/2 for searching for local body shops).

Yes and yes and cost varies, the dealerships usually charging a lot more if they'll agree to do it at all. I think you get what you pay for here: because a high end body shop will agree that if they stuff it up they'll fix what they stuff up. I wouldn't do it myself either, and I am handy with crafty things.

Furthermore, I won't risk this in the first place; because even if a body shop will repair any paint damage they do removing the OEM badges, I don't want my car out of commission for X number of days. I used "K" skins on my KIA badges, so I can swap them out or go back to KIA anytime I choose without the slightest inconvenience or risk.
