I had MBRP.... Switched to this recently....

This has already been discussed in this thread already. Please, read threads thoroughly before commenting.

now you have this thread ...want me to post my MBRP video clips on here ? :D:D:D

Please stick to topic of exhaust(s) and let's move passed the discussion of off topic posting. The fighting about this is becoming aggravating. Please, everyone, stick to the subject matter of the original post. If a discussion goes off-topic, see to it that it doesn't stay that way.

Thank you...

Sure. Technically on topic. It says "MBRP" in the title, after all. lol. I may even post my clips of my MBRP before I switched.

C’mon folks. Drop the petulant child behavior.

The OP liked his MBRP and wanted something a bit different; there’s nothing wrong with that. He’s not besmirching the MBRP or saying it’s not an excellent system.

In regard to the OBDII usage for valve control. There are OBDII splitters that will allow to run multiple devices from the OBDII. And since the JB4, and most likely the valve control box, would use relatively little voltage and the valve control box isn’t activated all the time, there “shouldn’t” be an issue with resolution/rate the data from the OBDII is sampled. I’ve used them in other vehicles with no issue.

Since the OP has had both exhausts, I’d like to know some pros/cons/review of the exhaust and if the price, in his opinion, is justifiable.

Ok I like several exhausts for the GT but I also want a valve option. I want it quite and loud. Not louder than stock closed but louder than most options when open if that makes sense. I agree that obviously it is hard to determine actual sound from a video whether processed or not but once you have several videos on an particular exhaust and good headphones you can get a pretty good idea. Unfortunately, it seams all the valve exhausts I like are hard to come by and over 3k. I watched the video and I like it but need more clips than drive byes. Like cold start, open verses closed and comparison to stock with the same camera mic. Also it is late and I am tired but I didn't see anything about the name/company, where to buy, how much, etc. I can't read the logo in the video to do a search. Can you please give more info.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...

Kato The Kia Stinger

I have several videos on the channel. It’s the GT-9 exhaust from 82 Performance. Just went on public sale in the US. First four are 2,150(shipped). Retail is 2,400. I think some are left at the discount. Message me if you are interested. And subscribe to my YouTube if you can.
