I cracked this part of my mirror, where can I buy that part!?

Hello fam!

I recently cracked the part in the image and I need to replace that, but I can’t for the life of me find it….. please help I’ve spent hours looking!

I'd go to the dealer's parts department to ID the part number. There are those on the forum, however, who seem to be very savvy at finding part numbers.

Unfortunately that black part appears to part of the mirror assembly.

Yeah I was able to take the frame off only like the ring around the mirror (also what I need). But if you look at the picture and check out replacement videos, that piece should be able to screw in and screw out. Ugh. Might have to do the carbon overs like AtomicGTL suggested.

Check out this pic 777David, like it definitely is a separate piece but i think they will not sell it like you are saying without the whole assembly. Drives me crazy. Its the difference between being able to use so many mirror covers.

If you could find one that’s been wrecked and totaled out that would be another option, but that might be difficult and/or not much cheaper.
