You have to actually know how to drive a high performance engine to not light up your tires. Rooster tails twenty feet high, I can just imagine! :) Let the AWD have its glory venue with dicey gription conditions. The RWD wins the rest of the time.

Well, here I go again. Out this afternoon. Back all spattered with rain deposits. I, don't, care. It will be a joy caressing the Stinger's sleek lines, nose to tail, top to bottom, all four wheels. After all, Scarlet, tomorrow is another day. And there will be days without rain. Sometime.

Dare I forget, reading your post reminds me after Huda and I clean our car. Because once we do it just immediately gets dusty. Because we have a dusty weather most of the time. So after washing it and driving it back home, we arrive only to find the car dusty. So we just brush the dust away which works perfectly. But not for long after an hour or two it will get dusty again. So after a few times, we surrender to the Lord of Dust. He is just unbeatable, indestructible and the best weapon of his, is that he is everlasting. The Lord of Dust will always be there 24h waiting for you leave the car an attended so he can STRIKE!

I would love to see a fight between you two.

@MerlintheMad, the tenestous fighter which will not give up early like most of us - Against V.S - Lord of Dust, the persistent champion that never saw defeat.

I'll pay to watch this movie;)
So what does your lungs look like? Do they make filters for inside your nose?

Any respectable Arabic type, in the middle of what amounts to a shirraco, will cover up without even having to think about it. There is a reason why many modern Middle East people wear flowing headgear. It isn't a fashion statement. (Now, Salman or Huda or one their friends can correct me! :P)

I enjoyed it. Washing my car is a pleasure. Rain, rain come today, I'll just wash the grime away. Hah!

You make posts against your posts, texting to yourself. hmmm interesting.

Sometime Friday night it rained. The wind came from the north and spotted the back half of my car.

Great read, rain man! I live in Crescent City, CA. Average annual rainfall is 70+ inches, which sometimes exceeds 90 inches. For the last 30 years I have been vigilantly washing my 5.0 Mustang GT's in all kinds of weather. Some locals say they have never seen it dirty, lol. I know your pain. The first week I owned my Stinger I drove through a torrential downpour to Sacramento via I-5 for 8 hours. The AWD saved me a few times as people were hydroplaning like crazy. The rain anxiety is real. I've enjoyed very limited rain these past few months, but am mentally preparing myself for the weather to come. I guess I can always take out the Mustang if I need to.;)

How will the Mustang be a benefit over an AWD Stinger? (I see your winking smiley; this is my way of winking back).

Very nice. Coupes are the lightest, quickest of the Foxes. Must have been a fun ride.

I got that same rain storm about 2 hours after you. I was in the middle of hand washing it when it hit. Clear skies... Just kidding, here's 5 minutes of rain. The leading 2 or 3 seconds of the storm had hail and I almost crapped myself trying to find the keys to pull it into the garage. Decided it was just a one off hailstone and I kept on washing while I got rained on, and pulled it into the garage to dry it. Lol.

Took it to a makeshift drag strip on Sunday, and today it's still shiny! Lets see if the parking lot at work takes it's toll.

My influence spreads far and wide. BwaHAH!:p:laugh::rofl::whistle:
