2019 GT2 AWD
BLACK/BLACK

MSRP 53,445
SELLING PRICE 46,000
Final/adjusted/net cap cost 37,747
596/month after tax
$0 DAS
Lease cash 11,220 - 2,917 (ttl)

I think lease buyout would be 41,040.

Thought the sales guy was joking when he first gave me this lease sheet.
This is a dealer in socal.

Looks good. 14% off MSRP is great. 35K before TTL, doc and other fee are where I want to be as well. So far I managed to get to 38K (MSRP is 54.5K). Did your dealer have many 19 GT2s in inventory?

I don't think you'll be able to do much better. May be a few hundreds more at best. Let us know if you pull the trigger!

This dealer had 2 GT2 AWD in stock, and like 5 GT2 RWD. I need AWD cuz of the Pacific Northwest.

Yeah, 35K before TTL would be great. In fact, technically I'm at $35K before TTL since I rolled the title and fees into the lease. So...wow I guess that's pretty good.

I'm leaving it up to fate: if they still have that one in stock tomorrow, then I'll go in and sign. If not, I guess I don't mind waiting for 2020 with great incentives...

If you are at 35K w/ TTL, why is your buyout 41K? I believe buyout should be within a few hundred $ of adj cap cost

My understanding of buyout calc is:
[adj cap cost*(1+sales tax)]+$300 lease buyout fee

So if Washington state is 10.3% sales tax:

$37,747*1.103 = 41,039
$41,039 + 300 = 41,339

Correct me if I'm wrong anybody?

And actually I said $35K before TTL. $37,747 after including TTL because I opted for $0 Due At Signing

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
That should be correct as long as you're sure of the sales tax rate. From what I'm reading, Washington state uses state tax rate + local tax rate + 0.3% motor vehicle sales/lease tax rate. Local tax is based on where the vehicle was purchased from, so whatever the local tax rate is where the dealership resides. Maybe you're familiar with all of that, just pointing it out.

Anyway, just as you outlined the adjusted cap cost * tax + $300 buyout does get you the total buyout price as long as you pay it off before the first payment is due.

Price looks good for an AWD.

I see it now. I'm in NC where sales tax is 3%.

Thanks. I did know the sales tax rate, I think. Not sure where I read 10.3% but I hope that's correct. It would suck to have to pay more!

That’s the high end of what I’m seeing from searching WA tax rates, so I think you’re good.
