Planning to do a chrome delete on the front bumper and was wondering what your guys opinions would be. I already have done the mirrors , side vents, and door trim with 3m 2080 gloss black vinyl, but the front of the car would require a lot of tedious cutting and maneuvering of the vinyl which is why I’m putting it off. I was thinking of possibly using plastidip gloss black spray and removing the grill to spray it ,but wanted to get a second opinion.
Probably easier to just paint those trim pieces black. I wish the Scorpion model had come with a complete "blackout package" then we'd at least have a stock trim option.
I picked up gloss black mirror caps and black fender vents. Need to get PPF on em before they go on but I will definitely want to do something with the rest of black chrome trim .
i Plastidipped mine. masked off stuff with tape and newspaper, no need to remove anything. decided not to use Glossifier, but you can to better match your vinyl ...
