Ive already got the jb4 and ive been running map 2 for a while, but im wondering what other ways to make more power are. I know theres not a ton of aftermarket support, especially for the 2.5t, but if anybody has suggestions thatd be great.

actually the 3.3l is the engine with large aftermarket support. the two four cylinder engines on the stinger not nearly so much. Ima just glad that the 2.0l premium I bought a while ago was kept stock.

We offer high-flow intakes

Hey mtcrocker1,

You already mentioned that you have a JB4, make sure you have the M45XL Plugs to go with it. When I think of performance, the bolt-ons come to mind. We have a ram air intake, as well as a Blow Off Valve and an Exhaust available on our website; (FOUND HERE)

Let me know if you have any questions, I would love to help!

You offer high flow intake for the 2.5T ?

Not for the 2.5T yet, but Injen are almost always first to make new intakes.
As soon as its available, i'll post it on here

2.5T hasn't gotten much love, but what a great base engine IMO.

What could an aftermarket intake yield/gain (HP) look like?? I'm in for one if even a 15-20HP bump are proven. That should be what I need to get to a flat 5.0 sec 0-60 coupled with the JB4 on MAP3 with E30. I'll be good and still avg about 27mpg as my DD.

I'm glad someone brought this up. I'm going down the 2.5t road as well. I've already got Dragy results full weight, stock, no JB. I'm slowly chipping away, and I have a ton of plans and ideas. IMHO CPI isn't the right choice for this engine, there's already 8 injectors, so a Tuner *should be able to get a simple tune of E-50 on here without a 9th injector. I am going to install an ethanol meter though to keep me under E30 until the tune. My next thought is to install WMI. This will tackle one of the biggest issues now with this platform which is IAT heat. As neat as Water to Air intercoolers are, I'm averaging 20+ degrees over ambient while driving around. My 3.3tt is way better than that with an Air to Air.
Here are things I HOPE to have on the market soon
CAI solution
HFC options
Cat Back Exhaust options
Possibly an Interchiller for the W2A intercooler
Upgraded Hybrid Turbo (I Believe Sxth already has one)
ECU Tune

Next, if we can collectively ask Terry to put a bit more effort into pulling in the rest of the CAN Bus information into the JB that would be great. Gear, Trans Temp, Ign 2-4. I know he's busy and probably doesn't have a 2.5t laying around to add those things but I hope to see those show up in the app soon.

Depends on the intake, we will have to wait and see how much power they can extract
