I want to keep the stinger running for over 100k miles is possible. If anyone can please provide with detail about how to go about maintaining a heavily modded 22 Kia stinger GT2 AWD. I’ve done intakes, his spark plugs, MBRP car back, snorkel air intake and about to install HKS BOV, Ultimate Performance HFC downpipe Midpipe combo, jb4 tune kit, add baffled oil catch can. ( and I was also looking into purchasing the BMS oil cooler for longevity purposes)

I think more service is needed aside from the ones mentioned in owners manual. Wanted ti hear everyone’s thoughts on this

Heat will be one of your biggest challenges so yes an oil cooler and upgraded intercooler would be a good start. I'd also look at doing oil changes more frequently and using the best oil you can get your hands on. I use Fully Synthetic Pennzoil Ultra Platinum and find its an amazing oil.

That's right, engine temperature, more frequent change of high-quality oil and cooling of the turbo after load

Are the oils used by the Kia dealership low or mid quality?

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Is Mobil full synthetic low or mid? I don't think so. That's what "my" dealer puts in.
I would say Mobil 1 is a tier oil. It is the factory fill for all Corvettes since the mid 90’s. It is what I use in my Corvette and Stinger.

One thing to be aware of is that I have seen a fully synthetic Mobil oil (not Mobil 1). It is not the same as Mobil 1 and not quite as good as Mobil 1. This is from a Mobil (Exxon) representative at a Corvette Corral a couple of years ago when I asked about it. I do no know if it is still being marketed.

I just checked the service receipt of my last oil change, and it says Mobil 1. That's what KIA is using.

Dexos approved oils are high quality. I use whatever the newest Gen available is. Right now it's Gen 3
