The dealer thought they'd be nice and spray some lovely air freshener in the car before I took ownership...I'm wanting new car smell, not air freshener. I've had the sunroof open all day and it's still there. Any ideas? I'm trying to check and see if they left a bath bomb or something under the seat. o_O

"Fart proudly." The balanced odors should turn the trick.

Actually, Ben said it first (a Poor Richard's Almanac quote, iirc).

I'd check under the seat, it might actually have a air freshner under there. I'd also fully detail the interior wiping all the surfaces.

Yes but our farts smell alot worse than his. Lol
Are you claiming Aussie Farts? Or generally modern human farts?

Dont care they all stink just sound different. Lol
That's true. Just watch "Blazing Saddles" (literally the unexpurgated version). :D

The factory fill windshield washer fluid has a powerful aroma to it, and it hangs around for a while after it's used. That's another possible source - it certainly caught my attention when I first used it.

They might have put something on/in the floor mats - like the old "shake and vac".
