How to change language English to polish

How do I change the language? I don't see it as an option to choose from. How can I turn off the outline lights (parking/marker lights) in the front lamps? I'm not allowed to use them in my country. Is there an option to change the navigation maps from USA to another country?

I bought a Stinger, cosmetically damaged, from the US, and I'd like to perform what's called a conversion to adapt it for driving in Poland. I've already changed the radio frequencies (we use even numbers here) and the miles to kilometers display.

In the options, I only have English, Spanish, French, and Korean to choose from, if I remember correctly.

I guess if your Polish it is expected that you will be multilingual. Just kidding. I have no idea if you have any option with this.
