We get caught doing those speeds its instant loss of licence and thats lucky, in the Victorian state its the death penalty or similar, impound of car and next time to the crusher. Our max speed equates to about 70mph.

Wow.. even in the more remote, vastly empty parts of the country? How is there such a car culture there with how aggressively "hooning" and speeding are policed?
The in-town speed limits here are entirely too low. Like 40 MPH (64 km/h) on a 6 lane divided highway. But most of the speed limits I run into outside of town are 75 MPH (120 km/h) (express lanes, and most any interstate or state route outside of a city). We do have one road down near Austin that has an 85 MPH (137 km/h) limit.
In the US, generally the "real" speed limit is considered to be 10 over whatever is posted. School zones excepted. In some states, such as Pennsylvania, municipal police aren't permitted to ticket until 10 over. I tend to go by the "keep it at 9 over" guideline. Whenever I drive out to west TX, it's a 75 MPH zone and I'll just set the cruise at 84 and go. Never have been bothered, even with DPS officers running speed on the side of the highway.
More rural parts of the state are 75 MPH even on 2-lane highways. But it's so remote the speed limits really don't matter, there's no one around to enforce them.
I’ve hit 140mph with it open. As I forgot it was open when I did it lol. After I was like oh shiit it was open. But nothing happened to it works the same nothing damage
