You have to find one in a store, first. I have tried several times: probably spent a total of an hour or more pawing through the entire selection in grocery stores and Smith and Edwards toy section. No joy.

The trouble with that is the markup in price. I mean, the principle of the thing bothers some, despite ten bucks or more not being any kind of a financial issue, per se.

yeah but beware of the Rip Off merchants that are asking for $75 for a $2 hot wheels car.

It's worse if you want a 1:18 scale Stinger, they are now priced over $400 if you can find one.

As has been stated, they are hard to find in store. I have spent plenty of time looking and snatched two when I finally found it. They are going for $7-$8 on eBay in most cases. So I’m going to ask for $8.00.

I'm seeing a bunch of them on eBay for ~$2 plus shipping. Easily $6 shipped or less. I have had no issue finding them here, but of course availability varies.
