Thankfully the engine bay is waterproof for the most part.

Here is my cheap solution to get some hot air out of engine bay. Expect some extra noise. . That gap is bigger than it looks in the picture. Engine cover is obviously gone. Also i removed those foam insulators that sit on top of strut mount. Shoud get some more air moving.

Even tho the Stinger hood vents are fake, they look good and give the car a distinct GT look I suppose.It would have been good if they had been made functional. At least other drivers can't tell they'e fake from a distance.
I guess Kia's motto was " fake it until you make it ", that applies to lots of us ladies these days......excuse me while I go and take off my eyelash extensions.

The funny thing is I’ve had guys come up and make a point to knock the fake hood/rear quarter vents. Only to walk over to their Mustang GT/CS. Which is ironic.
