Can khartunerz be trusted? Are they really this behind in shipments?

I’ve made 6 orders with them over the last year and a half. My pedal tuner, ark downpipes, ark springs, eibach rear sway bar & endlinks, front pads, stingerhaus winglets. Every order came in a timely matter with shipping updates available and everything has arrived well packaged. And my most recent order arrived this past afternoon.

My last order with them took a little longer than other vendors but they have great customer service and try reaching out on social media or thru email. I think I messaged him on fb last time around and he answered extremely quick, with the info I needed ofc

Also remember most of the stuff you buy is drop shipped from other vendors/manufacturers.

So some delays can’t be put on KHT.

Yep, gonna jump on this train. Khartunerz has been a great resource for Stinger parts. I've bought my Eibach sways, ARK down pipes, Sxth Engineering catch can from the site and can only say good things. The Sxth catch can had some manufacturing delays, but I was notified of the issue and shipping was fast once parts were ready.

In the same boat with sending an inquiry about my order, and not receiving a response. Granted, it's a small order, but it's still concerning that I'm not the only one not receiving any responses back. Hopefully he comes through...

I ordered EBC brake pads from them and it took a week before it was shipped. The package didn't come from them. It came from the manufacturer.

If you don't mind me asking, was there something wrong with the item you ordered from K8? Did it take an unreasonable amount of time to ship? Bad customer service?... All of the above?

Nothing wrong with the products. Maybe because I’m in Canada it took an unreasonably long time to get a tracking number, confirmation of shipping and ultimately my order. When I inquired I was spoken down to a treated like an idiot. Thinking back I believe I went through this same performance on two maybe three occasions before I woke up and stopped using them. I don’t mind waiting for orders but when customer service is rude or nonexistent when I inquire, I’m sorry but I have too much self respect for that nonsense. A bit surprised with your situation those guys have had a pretty good rep since I’ve been here. Good luck to you. Cheers.

Anything under a month down here is good.

My Eibach springs took 6 weeks
" " sways 5 weeks.
Unichip plug and play 6 weeks.

Ive had on order for a rear windscreen wiper assembly since April 8 for my Ford Fiesta. Had no indication when it might turn up.

Ordered a dragy last night said im liable to see it October 8-18th.

I am a bit less worried about lead times, than I am quality. Just received an M&S Type-G Spoiler from ImportShark yesterday, after waiting 4 weeks... And let me say, the fit and finish are sub-par. Aside from the visual blemishes (paint scuffs, and embedded fingerprints), the overall length is off by about half an inch! When lined up on one side, there is a large gap between the spoiler and edge of the trunk. Also, the rear just above the taillight curves up toward the edges, and does not sit flush with the light all the way across.

I contacted ImportShark to request a refund, but they assured me that this was normal!
