I have been driving BMW 428i coupe for 6 years and did 200000km. Have been searching for my next car and finally bought a Stinger 3.3 GT, was going to get the Blue one but HK KIA only have a red and an orange left, so I went for Neo Orange. Wanted to learn and share with all fellow Stingerers~

Welcome aboard! And thank you for signing up. Congratulations on your new Stinger GT! How does it compare to the 4-Series BMW? I’m glad you found us. :)

I haven't even SEEN a Fed Orange yet, in 33 months (to the day) and 64 "wild" sightings; my service and other visits to the dealership have also not shown me a Fed Orange (my favorite Stinger color - how would I know? Because it's my favorite Stinger color in all pictures). Way to go. :D

I will be picking my car next week, from test drive experience I found the throttle is a bit slow compare to my chipped 428i with throttle control, therefore I will be chipping it right after I pick up my car and see the real different. One key difference I can tell was the more wild setting of Stinger, it would you to spin a bit whereas Bimmer always controls the traction all the time, I would say Stinger should be more fun to drive and feel more like real RWD. Looking forward to experience the chipped 423 HP with 690 Nm maximum torque!!!

Hey Billhoo,

Welcome to the Stinger forum and congrats on your new Federal Orange GT.
It's not often that meet Stinger owners from HK but many of us relate to your car journey of going from BMW to Kia.
After a few mods, your new Kia will feel like a complete beast of a car compared to your chipped 428.

You joined the forum at a great time.
We will be hosting our End OF Year Sales Event on our website starting tonight at 5 pm PST at:
www.K8StingerStore.com

This is one of the best times of the year to pick up mods for your vehicle from our shop.

If you ever have any questions or need advice on any aftermarket products, feel free to reach out at any time.

Cheers,
Daniel

Hi Billy hows the car? It you need a little more response in sport mode you can try this for a few dollars..and 5 min install

I was skeptical at first but its the set-and-forget is nice once you get used to new responsiveness

After a couple of years i started tweaking a little and the car really comes alive. Id say enjoy the HK roads first in sports mode and see where things take you. I do miss those mountain roads!
