Hello to all the Kia Stinger enthusiasts, skeptics and shoppers! My name is Orion Sells and I am an Elite status salesman at Sparks Kia in Monroe LA. We too have a $5000 markup on our Stinger GT1. However being a top salesman at your dealership does have it's benefits. Benefits that i intend to transfer on to you!
Anyone who contacts me and mentions they saw this on the Stinger forum will automatically pay no markup!
* I REPEAT, NO MARKUP!
Shipping CAN be arranged!
I encourage general Kia and car buying questions as well.

Welcome aboard, @Orion~Sells! Thank you for signing up. How many Stingers do you have at your dealership?

How nice of you.

Haha, yeah in other words he will only screw you a little bit by making you pay "just" MSRP for a car..

If you think paying the MSRP for the Stinger is being screwed up a bit, imagine how much people are getting screwed paying MSRP on a Audi, Merc or Bimmer....

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Does anyone pay MSRP for any vehicle? Even a BMW, Merc or Audi? I know I certainly wouldn't...

Yes they do. Some pay more some pay less. At least we know where you stand.

Don’t pay MSRP! You can get it cheaper! Got mine $4000 under MSRP financed (so no lease incentive)!

Yep. Lots of reports of people paying under MSRP for these now. Other than in California where they all seem to still be getting away with markup... I got mine for $2200 off MSRP.

a lot of money is made in the finance office nowadays. you can get a ok discount off msrp but get sold a bunch of overpriced extras, agree to higher financing then if you shopped it, low value on a trade etc are just a few examples of ways dealers take advantage of people that don’t know better

then they tell you that you stole the car from them for that price but laugh as you drive away

You most likely will be if you try and buy a new A5/S5 Sportback right now. They've been in short supply since they went on sale early this year.

Just on principal I would never pay MSRP. If I can't get the car for below MSRP I would either wait or look at another car. Getting a car now instead of a year from now, in my mind at least is not worth paying an extra 5 or 10k. Just seems dumb.

To each their own.
I wanted the car now and I paid MSRP. I would not have paid any mark up though but I guess some people are fine with that and it’s their choice.

The world would be a better place if everyone that wanted a Stinger could get one :)

When I shopped around, I got low balled hard on my trade. Finally found a dealer willing to deal and got about $400 below high end KBB for my trade and $4k off MSRP (financed, not leased). Lots of emails between dealers. Just keep get them to beat each other and you should get a solid price.
