I have had my Stinger for about 10 months. I bought the car and it was just a bit under 7,000 miles on the odometer. Well i'm about to bring the car in for it's 24,000 mile maintenance. I can't stop driving the car. It's cocaine to me. I go out of my way to drive the car. I'm just coming here to hopefully have some of you tell me that they put on more in the same amount of time or that it's not that much. It's looking like having 20,000 miles on the car in my first year of ownership is very possible. Covid-19 has definitely boosted this amount as the roads have been barren and great to drive. Also working from home has given me the opportunity to be relaxed with my hours I work. I don't know if this amount of driving will slow down either. I want it to and yet I don't want it to as I enjoy driving it way to much.

Waaaaa… Drive the hell out of it!I bought mine in Feb 2019 and I'm at >42k. And for some time of that it was in the shop thanks to a hit and run.

Haha, I still plan on it, It just makes me feel less guilty doing so. It's just weird for me as my previous vehicles I owned were simply there to get me from school to home, or work to home.

I am at 40K (had 12 on the odo when I bought her) in just over a year and have LOVED every mile! No real issues in all of those miles either and I have not been shy on the mods.

Time rather than miles is what will wear on this car (any car, really). High performance cars luv being driven. Babying them with garage queen status makes no sense. And I don't think that you have an excessive amount of miles.:)

You know not putting miles on your car to save it or not wear it out is like saying you don't want to be with your woman/man/signification other because you do not want it to wear out. Well you know what, where that shit out!!!! If it needs fixing or tweaking you fix it or tweak it, that simple. Purchased mine July last year and have 22,000 miles on it.

This won’t help. Mines 15months old, only 9000kms (5500miles)

I bought mine in August with 17 miles on the clock and I'm at 19,700 now. And that's with me not going anywhere for 2 months during the shelter in place orders! Frankly I'm glad I'm not the only one!

Exactly what I came here to say. It's a Kia, so the resale value is likely to be terrible by time you go to get rid of it anyway. Why pay for something you don't use? Use the hell out of it. I can't wait for PA to largely come off lockdown so I can take a drive up there and see my friends. I'd normally make that a flight, but I'd rather take the Stinger on a long trip.

I got a new Corvette 427 in 1966. It was so much fun, every day when I got off at 5:00 PM, I would go drive 200 or 300 miles. For a year or so and then I got married.
