Hello,
New to the forum. I had a 18 Blue Stinger Base, which I recently sold to upgrade.

Joined the forum to find some cool tuned stingers. I have seen one red stinger around town that has a good amount of modifications.

Also I saw the Koons Kia of Woodbridge thread and I agree with a lot of those comments. I have purchased 3 cars from their, and its never a good experience.
 
Howdy and welcome. What higher Stinger trim do you have in your sights?

I think the heads up display is really cool, but when I see it in real life it might not be worth the extra cost to get the gt2. Other than that the next feature I like is the look of the electric shifter, which I think is only available in the ft2 as well. Other than those two features I just care about the 3.3L V6. So I might go with a gt.

I did see some stuff about the new (I thought it was the 2021) model with diamond pattern seats. But I don't know for sure if that was a real car or some kind of demo car.

In any case, none of that facelift stiff is going to show up in the US till c. this time next year on the 2022 model; that's what the skuttlebutt says anyway. There's a real good chance that the diamond pattern seats are for Korea only (more skuttlebutt/gossip).

Personally, I like the "T" shifter in my car; it is retro looking, like the circular air vents and the rest of the dash layout. And you might get a kick out of manual gate, which the shift by wire GT2 does not have.

Welcome! Yup, check out the NOVA Thread and head out to Cars and Coffee on Sunday Mornings at Dulles Landing (starts at 7 AM). Bunch of Stingers are there just about every weekend, including me. :)
