Has anyone seen this rear diffuser before?

Found this rear diffuser on Ebay. I'm not exactly sure if this is just a few pieces you attach or if it is an entire replacement of that lower plastic bumper around the exhaust tips. I think it looks pretty good but i'm always weary of purchases on Ebay. It also looks like it will make cleaning the rear of the car even that much more annoying.
