PLEASE! It is VERY important that this area is not used for the discussion of technical issues with your Stinger. This section is for posting about regional-specific things like Stinger clubs, events, local vendor or dealer recommendations, KiaStinger.com member sightings, etcetera... In other words, I do NOT want people to need to scour through several different sections to find answers about their heads up display. That's why there's a section dedicated specifically to discussions like that. THANK YOU!

Never say never. Especially if you call Kia and mention your existence.Mine came in September, and I purchased in March too.
(edit: had to double check; actually I got mine on the 24th of August.)
"Michael" left a phone message yesterday, enquiring if I had received my promotional headphones, and to give Kia Stinger Customer Service Dept a call back if I have not received them. He gave a Kia Stinger Hotline number to call: 855.454.2847, and referenced my case number to use.
This is very late in the day for such a follow up, since I only called about this in August and received them in less than a week: my case number was being attended to in due order, apparently. This is the second time that Kia has reached out to me, months later, with a case number (the first being about the free NAV update and SD card). So, they do get back to us, but the wheels of customer service grind very slowly.

Today I recieved new Harmon Kardon Wireless NC headphones in the mail and a nice note from Kia congratulating me on my new Stinger! Totally surprised and of course very happy! I knew that early on they ran this promotion but I bought my 18 as the 19’s were coming in.
