Hard to keep clean?

As already mentioned, the rear end of this car gets dirty faster than any other area. This morning, before setting forth, I applied the duster, and washed the rear end with hot, soft water and terrycloth (lots of water, btw); then dried it with microfiber: the glass got spiffed up with a spray bottle and microfiber. The whole car looks like it got washed, just be keeping the glass clean and the exhaust tips and diffuser from looking speckled (having Silky Silver makes this easier, of course).

Yes have tried that also.
I use water only on inside on my tint...
Yes, I only use water on the inside tinted windows.
The hardest to get/keep clean is the inside of the windscreen that’s my problem area, I cannot seem to get rid of streaks/smears & fog like film on the inside of the glass, does my head in.

I heard Armorall isn't good to use.

Just use some warm water with abit of dish washing liquid, clean cloth and wash the window soap ir up abit...if you have a small squeegee use that.
Should fix your streaking issues

Well my car is undercover almost 24/7, although de-gassing from the plastics is the main issue.
As for Armor All, I will never use that crap on my car, it destroyed my HQ Premier interior in the 70’s & I wouldn’t recommend that stuff to anyone.
I will get the Bowdens Glass Cleaner & give that a good go.

Naked Glass is claimed to be ok on tint as it doesn't contain ammonia, nor does the latest version of Windex.
