My thinking would be if it was the bov it would be at higher rpm and more boost?? Not the initial first part of wide open throttle... I don't think I saw any boost leaks on my logs but I e been reading online people having issues with aftermarket bov.. I replaced mine because on of the nipples on the stock ones broke, so I only have 1 stock one left overMight be. Try putting back the stock…
Good to hear!Well if anyone else is having this problem, dealership called me today, I had 2 bad coil packs. On a car with 13k miles...
It's good to have a answer! Lol. Weird that I didn't see any signs of it in my jb4 logsGood to hear!
See?My guess, its a coil. I have bought a couple of replacements for mine just in case.
Lol.. ya I might have to get a few just in case.. what's your method for testing em as nothing abnormal showed on my logs?See?
About timing adjustments... I always see more and most at Ign3 and 4.It's good to have a answer! Lol. Weird that I didn't see any signs of it in my jb4 logs
I had one coil drop a spring on me and I had it replaced, but now the car feels hesitant and this is after 3k miles, the car has 41k miles originally a driver's car in NYC! ( it's a G80 Sport 3.3t) I placed an order for a fresh set of OEM coils from Korea 250$ with shipping not bad, when the coils died on me I had to get one from AutoZone for 95$ for one damn coil! this is why I order all six just to be safe and save some money and I will be installing them in the summer because it's too damn cold in RI.About timing adjustments... Anyone else? I just think if it also could be coils that is not fully working?
Yo I have questions too I have 2018 Kia stinger gt1 65000 miles on it I originally got it no misfire had and oil leak in distributor cap Kia fixed it since then I had a misfire that no Kia could solve I have since installed new ignition coils and hks sparks and still get misfire even paid for the tgdi service to clean fuel system. They said I had water in the in my fuel line and that adding 93 Oct (which I use anyway) on refill twice would solve the problem it did not.I had one coil drop a spring on me and I had it replaced, but now the car feels hesitant and this is after 3k miles, the car has 41k miles originally a driver's car in NYC! now I have A question for you my RPM line is not as smooth as it was, it has bumps, can you review one of your graphs and see if your car doing the same thing?
