Besides sway bars, springs, or coil overs any other things that can change the handling of the car? Im hearing first hand from ppl who have the atq subframe collar kit that they barley notice any difference. I have it as well and yet to install it. Any other components you can add to tighten up the handling or keep the car planted on rugged streets? Thanks in advance.

If she is large of body, put your mother-in-law in the hatch. Copious numbers of bungee cords are recommended.

get the front swaybar to match your rear. best improvement out of all of them without going to coilovers, and even then, you'd want the swaybar anyhow. You've already done the difficult rear one, the front bar is super easy to install.

You can notice a difference with the front installed ?

HUGE. even on the soft setting. far more improvement than the rear was. I did them one at a time to see if it made a difference.

how hard to install sway bars in a home garage?

the only videos for Stinger sway bar installation on Youtube i've seen were all done with the car on a lift ... which i dont have. lol

I did both in my garage. rear with jack stands, front on ramps. (not at the same time, of course...)

Wow . I could tell a huge difference for the rear but now you have me really wanting to do the front now. Since I’m awd I was thinking technically I don’t need them but if it will provide a huge benefit like you said I’ll get them

Definitely do the fronts. Compared to putting on the rears, the fronts are a piece of cake.

After a year and a half on the rear Eibach I had gotten used to the increased understeer and adapted, being happy enough with the dramatically reduced "floaty" and sidestepping rear end while cornering. More reading on here about the difference the front bar makes had me decide to put one in. I already knew how the steering felt on some of my favorite "hooning" corners (like hard left onto the Bungler Hwy at 114th South), so when I went back to them to test the front Eibach it felt amazing to not have to fight the inward pull of the steering wheel anymore: in fact, steering feedback throughout any and all curves is sensitive, consistent and smooth, no variation whatsoever. Now when I start to feel understeer is only when gription is at the "tire singing" point, so, no understeer to speak of anymore. I have never used the Eibach bars on "hard", only "soft".

(Note: Oversteer and understeer terms continue to bother me. I don't know what my problem is with this, since I have the "chart", hah:

But what I feel, since putting in the stiffer front sway bar, is much less tendency of the steering wheel to pull suddenly inward when cornering "spiritedly": this I take to be understeer, since the increased steering arc of the wheel does not translate into a suddenly tighter turn. As I described above, the stiffer front bar reduced this tendency enormously, yet I read that the way to reduce "oversteer" is to get a stiffer front sway bar: so, I don't know, and maybe I never will: I can only describe what I feel.)

Good write up and informative on the terminology sir. Very much appreciated. I’ll ride with the rear sb for a while and give the front a go in due time.

I have to say I'm surprised to hear this, just this year alone we've sold (53) sets of the ATQ Chassis Collars.

The feedback alone on our site speaks for itself. (Every review is verified through a 3rd party as a verified buyer of the product, which prevents false reviews)

The product has a 4.8 star review out of 5.0 stars and almost every reviewer mentions they were doubtful, but after installing they felt a difference.

The product 100% works, as it eliminates the free space between the chassis and the subframe, essentially eliminating the slop/movement and tightening up the chassis.

I have front & rear Swaybars + Whiteline heavy duty endlinks since 2018, I do not have the atq subframe collar kit, IMO I don’t see the long term benefit of them.
The Swaybars & endlinks are a great upgrade for this car, however I have recently added Ultra Racing chassis braces & I can confirm that adding these will definitely tighten up the handling & will keep the car planted especially when cornering.
I only have the mid brace & rear brace fitted which I find is sufficient as the front section of the car is well braced already with gearbox mounts etc.
I highly recommend these to anyone who is after what you are looking for.

Mando ECS10 - when adjusted to your liking, can make a dramatic difference in handling

I agree 100% with this as well!

I’m in a 19 GT base model. We can’t get the mando ECS10. When I was on the website k8 it specified Gt1 or Gt2 I believe. I definitely would have purchased if I had the appropriate trim

Very much appreciated sir for the reviews. I know some local ppl who have the atq subframe collar kit on their vehicle and they barely notice any difference but I may just give them a shot. Thanks

Too bad, cause having near infinite control of the electronic dampers is awesome

The big improvement with the front sway is the steering response and the elimination of body roll. Transforms the car. I have the ATQ collars as well, they smoothed out the chassis response to bumps. They just made the car feel more solid. I am itching to get the rear chassis braces but I have other non-vehicular priorities to care of.
