Any other GTS owners wish that they had made the Federation Orange color exclusive to the GTS in the USA, and not used it on the 2020's?

not gts, but indigo edition.. however i kind of agree... it makes the "special" edition color , even if just in the states, less special if you turn around and offer the color the next year.. now, whenever you see the color, you aren't sure if it's the special edition or not, at least i guess with the gts you get the carbon fiber treatment. if they start offering the deep chroma blue on normal ones, you won't be able to tell at all from the exterior if it's the "indigo package"

I would only be slightly peeved if this happened to me with either "special". A solution I'd go for is finding that neat little "Limited" badge to slap above the side vents, like Kia did with the Sunset Yellow in 2018.

I bought my Indigo edition knowing full well this was Kia's normal MO to trickle down new paint, interior, and wheels to the next model year. Only way im upset is if the wheels i got end up in 20's for 2021 when we got the 19's. This actually makes me understand why it was so hard to find cars in specific colors during my search for a CPO.

Don't care honestly. I got the GTS cause there were no Micro Blue GT1s with AWD around where I am. Getting an LSD was a plus for me too. At the end of the day, the car is bright as hell orange and even with that available on the GT2 I can't imagine very many people opting for it.

That is probably true :D, but I probably wouldn't have bought a Stinger if I couldn't get the Federation Orange.

Can't say I'm thrilled about the "Wolf Grey" color on the new K5 but then I'm sure the Nardo Grey Audi folks aren't happy about Ceramic Silver Stingers either ...

I probably would have bought the GTS if it was available in a reasonable (IMHO) color for those of us not wanting constant attention.. Plus, had all the goodies, etc..

So, you would have bought the GTS, if it wasn't the GTS:). I didn't buy the car for the constant attention, I bought it because I like the color.:D

Not a GTS owner but I would be a bit upset. When you sell something as special then release the same model with the same special color the next year, it kinda ruins having the special edition. At least it wasn't just the color that was different though! Love the orange, but the price wasnt right for me.

In my humble and unimportant opinion, I would have left Federation Orange a single year special addition color in sort of the same fashion as Sunset Yellow. I would have also limited the GTS badge to AWD models as there didn't seem like enough difference between the GTS RWD and GT trim.

I think the GTS still has all the Carbon pieces and alcantara stuff on the inside. I agree though that it should of been just for the GTS. However I do love the color. If they offered it on the GT2 trim I definitely would of got that instead of my Micro Blue GT2.

I would have also paid extra to get a factory LSD into my GT1..

There aren't many stingers of any color, so at least you're seeing another stinger.

Us ceramic silver folks have to share with the damn K5 now.

I suppose next they'll give federation orange to the forte next.

I like all of the color options and would be content with any of them sans paint issues; that's all that matters, good quality paint job.

If having other Stingers the same color as yours bothers too much, take care of your emotional health by getting a unique wrap.:)

Is wolf grey and ceramic silver the exact same color? They have different codes but sometimes car companies do that and its the same color. I can't tell if one is slightly flatter than the other or if it's the exact same.
