Gts ecu in a gt2?

Will a gts ecu work on a gt2 without losing all the bells and whistles? I need an lsd in my awd because i need to get sideways lol but i also needed all the bells and whistles..... if i swap the gts ecu in my gt2 and an lsd from a gts will everything work as it should?

I’m pretty sure the ECU is tied to the VIN# and swapping ECUs would not work.

Just get a RWD GT2 and you can have all the bells & whistles, as well as getting sideways whenever you need to.

If you could do without the LSD, you can pull the "4WD" fuse in your fuse box under the hood. You'll get no CEL, and the car will transfer all power to the rear wheels... then if you want AWD back, just put it back (shut car off, pop the hood, lock the doors, and wait 2-3 minutes before putting it back).

I think modding the car would be better than taking a $6k+ trade in value loss on a brand new vehicle.
