Hi..currently running Injen intakes, HKS plugs and just put in E30 with 91 Octane and at 5000' altitude. I did pulls in Map 0 to Map 3 on the attached log and it looks like I'm pulling timing on all of these maps. Is this a problem with the fuel or the plugs or maybe both? Is it okay to run Map 2 on this?
Any help would be appreciated!

Have you been running with 91 octane and put E30 just now to log this? If you did, reset the ecu by pulling negative battery. Might have been the corrections from previous octane. Log again map 0-3

If the HKS is properly gapped, I think it’s the octane.

Pull the negative battery cable for a few min to do an adaption reset and see if that cleans up the E30 timing.

Thanks guys! I think that worked. Pulled the negative cable for 15 minutes, drove around for about 15 minutes then did a few pulls on map 0 and 3. Logs attached but I think its looking much better? Question: If I go back to regular 91/93 gas, should I disconnect the cable then as well? Thanks for your help!

This is with 91 and E30 right? No need to reset. The ecu will retard timing according to the current octane anyway. 91 sucks anyway.

Thanks...yeah, 91 is all that I can get in Denver but at least there's e85!

Might even be crappy for 91 gas. I ran E30 for a while on map 4 with california 91 (usually Chevron) and E85 to make E30 and got to 21 PSI boost with 0 timing corrections. I since went WMI on 91 octane and get 22 PSI with 0 corrections. Running 11.8 in the 1/4 mile.
