I voted "yes" as well since they want to price competitively and our group buy will likely end up matching or beating the price of the K&N.

BUT, like others, I may drop off until I can see a picture of the actual components. Some underhood prototype pics are curious... If they're so worried that someone will copy them, it's a strange concern to have on a brand new car on the market.

Like many, I want to see uninstalled pics of the actual components of this intake. Also, what filter are they using? The pink color from the resident zoom-in detective makes it look like K&N cone/circular filters...?

I've had stillen products on my 350z and my cone was a k&n (but that was also 4-5 years ago).

You’ll have a choice between a K&N filter or a dry flow AEM filter.

@Angel Did you get a hold of them today? Any news? Hello from Chicago btw!

I'll definitely be going K&N... In large part because I still have a massive spray bottle and can of the cleaner and oil respectively, lol

Everyone I called Stillen and spoke to the National Sales Manager and unfortunately there not doing group discounts for nobody. The reason is why it is such a new item and there also selling them to many distributors and they don't want to undercut there distributors by selling cheaper. I do understand where there coming from and since its such a new item and its truly the best intake for the Stinger to date. So the marketing team is still working on the price and pictures and dynos of the intake so they will have all that information in the next week or so. So the good news the intake is coming in a week or so before the end of the month, and there providing all the pictures and information to back up there great product. I am not upset at all that there not giving us a discount but I was told that it will be priced very competitive so that good news. Stillen is really testing this product and there making this thing is perfect, there have been working on this intake for a while that why they didn't rust to market. So I say let still do a group buy and and support them because they will be doing a lot more for the Stinger and if we support them we allow them to keep developing stuff for our car, and Stillen does not cut corners they actually test and do extensive research on there products. We can still do a group and show them that they have out support and i know when they see that they support us in the future with discounts. I am not changing my mind i am buying this product, this the intake i been waiting for and this is the intake our cars need !!!!! Lets Sting some shit !!!!!!

sorry guys i had a lot of typos i apologize.

Well, definitely going to stay in the 'maybe' camp ... awaiting detailed information, pictures and performance confirmation. o_O

I'll be picking up an intake system hopefully soon, but will continue to wait and evaluate the best option from a price, performance, visual and auditory standpoint. It was a gallant try, but next time you might want to first verify the vendor's intention to participate .... ;)
