Got my MBRP today and installed it

I ordered my exhaust last week from redline 360. Ordered it last Friday and it arrived today.. installing it yourself is not that bad, but its alot of crawling under and back out from the car. For an older guy like me its a bit of a pain. For any of those doing this, take the chassis brace off first. I made the mistake of taking the exhaust loose first thinking it would pull out, and it wouldn't, so taking that brace off sucked with the weight of the pipe on it. Another note- the top flange bolts on the new xpipe are hard to tighten. The bigger diameter pipe makes it so you have almost no play. I had to tighten it 1 click at a time.. a swivel bit would have prob fix this, but I didnt have one. I may pull into a shop this week and just have them torque those down for me..
On the sound, its not really as loud as I was expecting. Really not loud at all to me, but I've had a few really loud cars and motorcycles, but it sounds much better than stock. To me its how the car should sound stock

Adding some secondary downpipes will give it a bit more growl/rumble if you want to think about those in the future.

I love the tone of mine! If you want a ton of noise this isn’t the exhaust for you, but it’s a nice upgrade from stock and has a nice pleasing sound without being ricey in the upper rpm

I'm not saying I'm unhappy. Just that I feel likenthe car should have already had this tone.. im definitely excited to have it finally installed. I was cooking up this plan the min I left the dealership lol

Adding some secondary downpipes will give it a bit more growl/rumble if you want to think about those in the future.

Yeah, I really wanna add downpipes.. some of the talk on here is scaring me about warranty stuff though.. I was gonna do a piggyback too but now am thinking I'm just gonna stick to cai, exhaust and intercooler for now

I just Googled exhaust tips the other day cause I remembered when I was in high-school and everyone put monza and brospeed tips on their Hondas and wondered why a generic tip like that wouldn't work.. I just can't see paying more for borla tips than I paid for the exhaust

I bought the AKRAPOVIC tips from a guy on eBay - was going to go with the oval, but felt the round look with a little bumper mod to make it fit also "fits" the look I was going for.

I had another forum member willing to sell me his if I paid shipping (they were oval though) - super nice guy so maybe if you're looking for those he can work out the same deal for you. They're not "new" but my car is a daily, not a showpiece

I ordered burger Cai at the same time as the exhaust directly from burger.. they still haven't shown up though
