I'm expecting mine in 4w time. Not sure how frequent these ships roll through so maybe I'm in for an early surprise!

About once a month, GC will be in Port Kembla, in about 4 days and Melbourne 3 days after that, then they need to get from port holding yards to dealers.

Folks are receiving cars now, that came down last month

Well that is the confusing part, I still see people receiving their new cars last week, that must of come down on the last boat which was here at the end of Feb. BTW the boat has just passed Gosford.

I am interested to know if this batch has the new badge?

According to media reports, KIA have said that the new badge will only be on MY22 and later vehicles, so in your case it probably has the old badges.

I spoke to my salesperson regarding an update on where the Stinger is at - turns out the shipping company went into receivership so orders have been clogged up since. I have a new estimated date of "end of May" with potential for "early May".

Silver linings - I now have more time to research and acquire more detailing gear, and figure out which intake I want.

Hopefully yours was actually on that last shipment!

GLOVIS CONDOR is owned by Hyundai Group and used exclusively for transport of Hyundai, KIA and Geneses cars, I find it hard to believe it is in receivership?

Given that the ship unloaded in Brisbane on 22/3 I would say the car was possibly sold to someone else.

Which is why folks should be asking for a VIN, if the dealer says it's out of the factory it will have a VIN.

Has anyone else noticed that the price has gone up a couple of grand in the ads in carsales.com.au?

I suspect there a few unwitting queue jumpers paying good margins to the dealers.
