… day after day of less and less equanimity and more confusion.

Now, you "play":

Getting older is day after day of less and less _______________ and more ________________.

(PS this is where your mind heads when your 93 year-old mother has late stage dementia)

Sorry about your mom. Mine also 93 also late stage dementia. Getting ready to go visit today for mothers day tea. Hopefully they have some musical entertainment to perk them all up.

Getting older day after day is less and less flexibility (mind, body, and time) and more pain.

So true! The flexibility can be kept (aside from degenerative disease), by "use it or lose it" avoidance. I stretch, do core/planking routine and walk or ride a bike daily. Also, hand washing my Stinger is very good exercise (at first, adding that in HURT, but no longer  ). Mind exercise is mostly a matter of staying engaged with favorite subjects, and interacting with plenty of people (which is what we are doing for each other virtually: but cannot replace face to face and physical contact). Etc. :D

Getting older is day after day of less and less racing your car and more "get off my bumper"!

(sorry about your mom)

Day after day of clogging you heart arteries, erectile dysfunction and osteoporosis. Aging is sad and truly a disease that is inevitable.

Getting older day after day is less about trying to please others all the time and more about being comfortable about the person you are.

Reinforcing your point of few :p:D.

Age - forgetting what I did yesterday, the brain is full. And if I live to 100 I will resemble a gorilla! Hair sprouting everywhere? Howwwwwwllll.. No thinning anywhere except the brain.

Maybe you should do Sudoku or brain training to keep your mind active, you know the expression....use it or loose it :p, but unfortunately some do, and at no fault of their own :(
