G70 transimssion issue

That isn’t good at all. I considered getting a Genesis G70 instead of my Stinger GT2. However, our local Genesis dealer has literally zero parking. There are no customer spots and there are virtually no vehicles for sale spots. It is just a building with all of their cars inside. It is really weird.

I understand now why they deliver the loner cars to you. They don’t want you to see there dealer lot too often.

It just didn’t seem like an inviting place. The parking lot is a mad house with service cars just parked all along the curb blocking the road. This isn’t in the middle of a big city either. All of the dealers next door have acres and acres of parking spaces.

After having the few complaints on my Stinger, I had wondered if I would have been better off with the G70 (which I also considered). It seems the same issues I complain about (noisy sunroof, imperfect transmission performance) also exist on the G70...

I never win the quality lottery, ever.

Every car I've ever driven will get that 3 minute cold start warm-up. Like the saying goes an apple a day keeps the doctor away. Same applies to the warm up.

Remember there's a lot going on. Cannot expect a cold drivetrain to perform like operating temperature..
Not to mention the immenent damages from pushing hard while still cold.

I baby. I am such a baby: and treat my car like it's glass until the operating temperature needle is well on the move.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
They most-likely got a lemon. But still cringe-worthy for Hyundai. My Stinger will give me harsh shifts when starting out on cold days, but I never push it until it warms up, and I wonder if the MT guys are beating their tester like a rented mule "thundering around Los Angeles' South Bay ".
