how was the G4 quality??

The G4 werks is a way over priced go with the boostec. The G4 also has a metal plate with their name on it riveted to the lip. If you remove it its hiding a big square indent...boostec doesn't have this issue. The problem with boostec is lack of hardware and information on installing it.

A restocking fee for something that hasn't shipped yet? That doesn't sound right.

Looking at the pics I don't see any metal plates on the splitter, fwiw.

So I've gone to install the G4 Werks front lip, but its missing the bolts that connect it to the bumper.....

I emailed import shark and they said that it doesn't come with those bolts and they have no idea what sizes I need. They said take it to a professional and have them figure it out.

Really? A 500$ lip and it doesn't come with 2$ worth of bolts, nor do they even know what sizes I need.... I understand maybe some things don't come with a mounting kit but they can't even tell me what sizes I need.....

I'm baffled at this response and a little annoyed to be honest..

Dude, it's importshark. You're lucky you even received your order let alone an emailed reply. Your best bet is probably to check out any installation instructions from other front spoilers. It shouldn't be too different even if its on a different vehicle the instructions will be mainly the same.

If it were me, I'd double sided tape it then use a self-tapping stainless steel (weather resistant) screw ever 6 inches or so. That combination should ensure it stays put for years to come.

For what it's worth, I checked out all of the pictures they posted on their site and none have a metal plate. If it arrives to you with a metal plate you should try (retry) to contact them and let them know it isn't what you ordered. If you receive a part that's different than what you ordered I'd say you have a strong case.

Regarding the restocking fee, are you sure that's something they charge after ordering not after shipping? I can't see the justification in charging a restocking fee for something that hasn't even left their shelves.

Everybody has my contact info specially the ones that ordered with me and never had problems or the problems got fixed. If you have any question DM not sure if going back and fourth here would be of any help. Some people are just always going to be negative and can’t be saved I would work with the ones that allow me to help them.

yes they definitely will charge restocking even if it hasn't shipped. i was emailing back and forth the first week I ordered it because I was going to cancel for a different reason that turned out to be nothing but now radio silence. I hope this guy isnt just taking orders knowing he wont fulfill them then just charge you a restock fee if you cancel.

You was informed that it does not come with hardware in email. I’m actually going to install next weekend to give my feedback and also had one of the locals install he did not have any problems went to home depo and spent $3 in hardware. I only deal with members that DM or tags me I’m not in charge of emails. I’m always here to help like I told you on my message only if you give me the chance. You are free to post negative or positive on the forum.
