Jeez Louise, Spyder, you could have condensed all of that into a single post.

Just picked up my 22 GT2 with not 5 but 7 holes. Should be a war crime drilling into a $50k sport car. Looking to get a quote from a body shop to professionally get them filled and painted. Has anyone gone this route? I don’t want 7 bumper plugs.

Howdy and welcome. I don't remember which owners on the forum have filled and painted their bumper license plate holes: but there are several that I've read about over the years. I know it's pricey, probably the most expensive solution. More would do it, but where they live makes no license in front a ticketing offense, so they don't want to risk it.

I'm right there with you. I didn't even realize it until I brought mine home.

Thanks for the welcome. I live in NJ so front plate is mandatory but I went 2 1/2 years without a front plate on my WRX. Maybe pulled over once in that time over it but never ticketed. I doubt I’ll get pulled over in my grey stinger. Plus, I have PBA cards incase I do get pulled over. Having a clean front end is worth the trouble.
