The one i have the Ark grip is non EVC. Which means i cannot turn the exhaust sound off and on.
The quality of the Ark is superb but like many aftermarket exhausts the Drone is extreme. I had to sound dead the boot and under back seats. And later have the exhaust modified to reduce cabin drone.

The design of the Stinger in being a hatchback acts like an amphitheatre for the drone.

I tested the Varex X force and the note was very similar to the X force. There are pages and pages of information and experiences in this forum , just use the Find tool to search keywords in different threads eg. "ARK" "X force".

Hi Ozstung, No nothing to do with the Virus planning a relocation from Melbourne up to the sunshine coast and wont suit my need up there unfortunately, I will miss the beast.

I remember you having all that problem with drone but strangely enough I don't really get any, a little while cruising but its far from extreme in my case I would say quite mild, no in cabin vibration what so ever, its not even enough to bother the kids or missus.

The ARK sounds absolutely awesome, I think I watched 200 videos before confirming that sounded the best. The Xforce was in my short list but some reviews were saying it was mild and didn't have a strong note which put me of, from the videos the 2 didn't compare. As I just said to Ozstung I really didn't have any issues with drone, it was really mild for me and barely noticeable. I would take family on drives for several hours without a mention and my wife hates noisy cars. If your interested Im certainly negotiable on price.
